Wellness Screening

United Rentals encourages you to "know your numbers" – blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol and more – by getting a wellness screening. These numbers offer insight about your personal health status so you can make the health decisions that are right for you.

Visit My.QuestForHealth.com (registration key: UR) to schedule a free biometric screening at your branch/office, at a Quest Patient Service Center, or with your doctor.  Through this site, you can also complete your online Health Questionnaire. All U.S. full‑time employees are eligible.

You may qualify for a $600 Wellness Incentive (discount off your UR medical premiums in the next calendar year) if you obtain a screening and complete your online Health Questionnaire by December 31st each year.

If it is medically inadvisable or unreasonably difficult for you to achieve the standards for rewards in the Live Well Program, call 877‑552‑2273 to discuss alternate qualifications.
