When Employment Change Occurs

If you are departing from employment at UR, please note this important information:

  • Benefits end as of midnight on the last day of your employment
  • For U.S. employees who were enrolled in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage: you are eligible to continue these benefits through COBRA.
    • COBRA information and enrollment instructions will be mailed to your home address on file.
    • You have 60 days to elect COBRA coverage.
    • Coverage can generally continue for up to 18 months.
