United Rentals offers two dental plans that help you pay for preventive, basic and major care. Some plans offer orthodontia benefits, too. The amount you pay for your coverage is based on who you cover and which plan you choose. Your plan covers preventive care at 100% for you. No physical ID cards will be issued for PPO members. In order to access your ID card, you will need to download the MyCigna App. DHMO members will still have physical cards.
Cigna Dental PPO Plan
- There are two network options in the DPPO plan: the Cigna Advantage network and the DPPO network. You have a lower deductible and a higher annual benefit if you use the Advantage network.
- Coinsurance is higher for basic services if you use the DPPO network.
Cigna Dental HMO Plan
- No annual deductible
- No coverage if you visit out-of-network providers
